It’s almost hard to believe these two pictures come from the same room! We often forget to upkeep the designs of our secondary rooms, like this guest bedroom, which can leave it feeling outdated. The dark raspberry, old wood and quilting left an outmoded style that was begging to be freshened up. The taupe walls did just the trick in lightening the room, and the beautiful color scheme of fresh turquoise, light browns and orange provided that contemporary current style. Remember, don’t be afraid of mixing different patterns, each pillows individual design complement one another and enhance the room as a whole. We used intricate fabrics and designs to accent each aspect of the room and create a delicate, cohesive, aesthetic. Down to every last detail; of pillow trims, paneled cornices and patterned comforter buttons, this refreshingly bright and inviting room will have guests feeling like home!
