We wanted to completely transform this clients plain &  bright red dining room into something fresh and poised. We aimed to combine modern style with old world details to make this dining room the perfect place to gather as a family or entertain guests in style. Mixing rustic elements with an elegant aesthetic we truly transformed this dining room, and as they say a picture is worth a thousand words….

As you can see before the transformation the room had a very dated feel. The old dark lighting elements and bright red walls were begging to be updated.

Before

We worked with the same flooring and wall millwork the clients desired to keep, but transformed every other element in this room. We filled the space with a beautiful rustic wood table and surrounded it with simple but detailed chairs. Replacing the dark lighting fixture with elegant chandeliers brought even more refinement to the room.

After

Another view of this room shows just how dark and empty the space was before we began to work on it.

Before

From this view you can see exactly how we enhanced the light in the room with light colors from the walls to the chairs. We filled the space with beautiful pieces and accented them with darker decor items for contrast…from the topiary vases to the deep green painting.

After

 Where most people might have seen an empty and incomplete space we saw the amazing potential this dining room had. We started to work on this dining transformation and envisioned a space that was refined and captured the essence of both modern and classic elements. The most rewarding feeling as a designer is being able to bring your vision to life, and we are so fortunate to be able to share that vision with you all.
