Hartley and Hill Design would like to announce our exciting new venture for the new year!  After a labor of love, our long time dream has now come to fruition, with the introduction of our new division “2H2”.  When we decided to begin our business, we both felt that it was essential that we provide attainable design no matter where you are located, or what your budget is.  In doing so, we created out new division that enables us to design for you, our clients, on your terms.
