Our recent clients were victims of  melamine cabinets! As were so many people with homes constructed in the 1980’s. Their kitchen was not a large space and they wanted to somehow have a display area that looked a little different from the rest of the cabinetry. Combining both their very traditional and streamline tastes, we decided to design a small hutch that would mimic an actual piece of dining room furniture.

Something as simple as finishes and architectural elements such as decorative legs can incorporate a unique twist on standard cabinetry.
