Nail-heads Exposed!

Nail-heads Exposed!

If you’ve looked through our portfolio of work you’ll notice that exposed nail-heads are one of our favorite design details! We love the finesse and shining contrast they add to furniture and fabrics. There are so many ways they can be used in a home, here are just a few of our favorites…

  1. Window Treatments! We designed these custom window treatments with a white fabric, enhanced by silver nail-heads studded in a simple design. They reflect the light from the window and turn ordinary fabric into something extraordinary.

2. Kitchen seating. These island/bar stool seats are more casual in nature, and so the use of nail-heads adds a little more finesse and attention to detail to spruce up the usual casual seating.

3. Headboards! Nail-heads have made their way into the bedroom, looking so wonderful outlining this leather headboard by Ballard!

4. Chairs and Sofas! The perfect shiny sleek contrast for these plush lounge furniture pieces, we certainly love using nail-head detailing on living room furniture!

5. Antiques! The perfect way to modernize your antiques, some nail-head exposure! This is especially easy to implement if you are already reupholstering an antique.
